The Office of Educator Effectiveness and Licensing maintains high standards for licensing educators to work in Indiana’s P-12 schools. Qualified persons preparing and delivering classroom instruction is our main goal.

Professional learning is important for teachers and counselors to remain current on building awareness and skills, understanding current trends and finding and developing resources. Both teacher and counselor resources access the e-learning tools for professional development.
